Message	with the various in's & out's of the site. Aside from that and the new classifieds restrictions, it doesnt mean much at all to the vast majority of members. It will vanish after a few thousand hits or so, at which point you are more or less up to speed with the site. It will be pretty apparent to you long before then who the "happy relaxed/friendly" types are and who arent. And yes, the tech value here is quite invaluable.
